Mirror, Mirror on the Wall, Am I Providing Opportunities Reflecting All?

Lori Schwartz Reichls diverse experiences of building and maintaining secondary band programs in rural, Title I, and corrective action schools have transformed her career into serving as an active adjudicator, author, clinician, conductor, instructor, and speaker nationwide. She has presented for DMEA (Delaware), KMEA (Kansas), MMEA (Maryland), OMEA (Ohio), PMEA (Pennsylvania), SDBA (South Dakota Bandmasters Association), NAfME (National Association for Music Education), WBDI, and countless K-12 and collegiate professional development sessions. She has been interviewed for the Directors Circle, Everything Band, Music Ed Mentor, and the Music Ed Podcasts. Lori is the author of the Tools for Educators series Key Changes: Refreshing Your Music Program published monthly in the teacher's edition of In Tune Magazine where she provides resources to enhance the music classroom and rehearsal space. She also serves as a journalist for Teaching Music Magazine and the Head of Engagement for the Institute for Composer Diversity.
